[ii] Physiotherapy Benefit :

Accidental bodily injury, which subject to referral by your doctor requires Physiotherapy

50% of costs

Up to a maximum of £20 per visit and £200 per year.

[iii] Dental Cover :

For accidental bodily injury requiring dental treatment:

The costs of treatment up to £2,500 per incident.

Up to a maximum of £10,000 per year.

[iv] Hospital Cash Benefit :

For accidental bodily injury requiring treatment in hospital,
a cash benefit is payable for each night you spend in hospital, excluding the first 48 hours, payable for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

Per night £20.

[v] Income Replacement :

If an accidental bodily injury for which benefits have been paid under Clause (i) to (iv), prevents you from working for a continuous period of 7 days you will be paid the monthly benefit. You will then be paid 1/30th of the monthly benefit for each day thereafter that you are prevented from working. This will be paid monthly in arrears up to a maximum of 3 monthly payments. Pinnacle reserve the right to reduce the benefits paid if you are continuing to receive any salary or if you are receiving similar benefits from the state or another insurance company. You must have been working for a continuous period of 6 months before the date of the injury.

Up to a maximum of £10,000 per year. Any claim exceeding £500 must have our approval before treatment commences.

[iv] Hospital Cash Benefit :

For accidental bodily injury requiring treatment in hospital, a cash benefit is payable for each night you spend in hospital, excluding the first 48 hours, payable for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

Per night £40.

Up to £1,000 per year.

[v] Income Replacement :

If an accidental bodily injury for which you have paid benefits under Clause (i) to (iv), prevents you from working for a continuous period of 7 days or more you will be paid an additional sum equal to £500 per month or an amount equal to your average monthly salary (less any tax or National Insurance Contributions), whichever is the lower. You will then be paid 1/30th of the same amount for each day thereafter that you are prevented from working. This will be paid monthly in arrears up to a maximum of 6 monthly payments. Pinnacle reserve the right to reduce the benefits paid if you are continuing to receive any salary or if you are receiving similar benefits from the state or another insurance company. You must have been working for a continuous period of 6 months before the date of the injury.

[i] Permanent Total Disability Benefit (PTD)

In the event the insured child is diagnosed as suffering a PTD a lump sum of £50,000 will be payable for the insured child's Benefit.
